Future Cup. Belarus U18 - Russia U18 - 1:5

The under 18 Russian national team defeated their Belarusian counterparts by an emphatic score of 5:1 on day one of the Future Cup in Minsk!

All five of our goals were scored within the maiden 27 minutes of play, with Pavel Chernochub, Evgeny Yakunin, Artemiy Kulagin, Semyon Gerasimov and Sergei Skvortsov hitting the jackpot.

Three of the five markers were indeed registered during an impressive first period.

The opponents did get on the board late in the third stanza, but it made little difference to the outcome.

A 3-on-3 tournament will take place in the Belarusian capital tomorrow.
