February is time for the first international matches of the calendar year!

The time has come for the first international matches of 2023!

The Cup of the Future will start in Minsk on February 9th, with our country set to be represented by the under 18 and 17 national teams. Furthermore, the fact that they will be compete against the U20 Belarusian and Kazakh national sides makes the competition even more interesting. Elsewhere, the Eurasia Jastar Cup will be staged in Kazakhstan, in which the under 16 and senior women's national teams will play.

Also, on the 11th of February, the Generations Cup will take place in Kaliningrad between teams from the National Junior Hockey League and the Student Hockey League.

At the same time, we're paying special attention to children's and youth ice hockey. It is very important to create a wide window of opportunity for the younger generation so that children and adolescents have access to a large number of innovations and can train using modern, sophisticated methods.

In the current season, the Russian Ice Hockey Federation is continuing to introduce the Red Machine National Development Program across the country. The training program is the most modern and effective way to develop children and adolescents between the ages of five and 17

To inspire children to become even more passionate about ice hockey, we are presenting them with the opportunity to train with the best professional players in the country. In Moscow, the effective Red Machine Junior program is operating. Its pupils were able to enter the base of the Russian national team, where they spoke with players and coaches of the junior national side.
