Euro Hockey Tour. Sweden - Russia. A statistical look

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation takes a look at the statistics to emerge from the senior national team's 6:4 victory against Sweden in the fourth stage of the 2020/2021 Euro Hockey Tour:
- 10 successive victories in the Euro Hockey Tour is a new record in the history of the competition;
- Defenseman Yegor Yakovlev has collected 19 (5+14) points in 90 matches for the senior national team;
- Forward Anton Slepyshev has scored six goals and dished out three assists in 25 games for Russia;
- Fellow forward Denis Zernov has made three assists in 15 matches for the senior national team;
- In 10 matches for his country, forward Evgeny Timkin has tallied one goal and one assist;
- Goalkeeper Alexander Samonov has registered four regulation victories and two shootout wins in 10 Euro Hockey Tour appearances;
- In 12 games for the senior national team, forward Vasily Podkolzin has earned 10 (2+8) points;
- Fellow forward Emil Galimov scored a goal on his Euro Hockey Tour debut;
- In eight games, forward Artyom Shvets-Rogovoi has picked up one assist for the senior national team;
- For the first time in their respective careers, both forwards Anton Burdasov and Vladislav Kamenev scored two goals in one match for Russia.
