In the quarter-final stage of the 2018 World Challenge Cup, the under 17 Russian national team turned on the style, thrashing the Czech Republic 5:0 in Canada!

Alexander Pashin scored in the first period, but until the final frame, no more goals were registered and the fate of the match was hanging on a knife's edge.

Nevertheless, Russia took their game up to another level in the third stanza, netting four through Daniil Chayka, Ignat Kokhanin, Artyom Grushnikov and Vasily Ponomarev to claim a thumping 5:0 victory!
