Friendly match. Russia W - Belye Medvedi 2010 - 4:3 SO

The senior Russian women's national team hosted a Belye Medvedi male team consisting of players born in 2010 in Novogorsk, earning a 4:3 victory after a penalty shootout.

Our players did initially open up a commanding three-goal advantage with Maria Batalova, Valeria Ivanova and Alexander Kozyr all hitting the target within the maiden 25 minutes.

However, the opponents did come roaring back to force a shootout which saw Nina Pirogova and Sofya Krivosheeva convert to secure the win for our team.

Our senior and junior women's national teams will face off against each other in 28 April as a part of the ongoing training camp.
