Russia 25 roster for the 2024 Channel One Cup

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation can now reveal the Russia 25 squad for the upcoming 2024 Channel One Cup.

The competition will take place at the SKA Arena in Saint Petersburg between the 12th and 15th of December. The senior Belarusian national team, senior Kazakh national team and KHL World Team will also participate in the tournament.

These following players and coaches will represent Russia 25:

Goalkeepers: Ilya Nabokov (Metallurg Magnitogorsk), Artemiy Pleshkov, Yegor Zavragin (both SKA), Vladislav Podyapolsky (Lada).

Defensemen: Alexander Nikishin, Danila Galenyuk, Nikita Smirnov, Arseniy Koromyslov, Timur Kol (all SKA), Sergei Telegin, Ilya Karpukhin (both Traktor), Bogdan Konyushkov (Torpedo), Dmitry Simashev, Alexander Yelesin (both Lokomotiv), Mikhail Gulyayev (Avangard).

Forwards: Evgeny Kuznetsov, Marat Khairullin, Arseniy Gritsyuk, Mikhail Grigorenko, Sergei Plotnikov, Grigory Kuzmin, Vasily Glotov, Sergei Andronov, Ivan Demidov, Zakhar Bardakov (all SKA), Nikita Korostelyov, Danil Aimurzin (both Severstal), Ilya Safonov (Ak Bars), Maxim Shabanov (Traktor), Vitaly Abramov, Maxim Sorkin, Prokhor Poltapov, Ruslan Iskhakov (all CSKA).
