The Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) and the All-Russian Hockey League (VHL) categorically condemn the conduct of the referees following the league match between HC Norilsk and Omskie Krylya on 21 February 2026.
Such conduct is contrary to the RIHF Code of Ethics and fundamental principles of morality and ethics. The RIHF and VHL consider such conduct unacceptable and damaging to the reputation of the entire ice hockey community.
