The RIHF held a conference with schools which are implementing the Red Machine National Development Program

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) held a conference concerning topics issues of implementing the Red Machine National Development Program.

More than 60 sporting schools and organisations which are implementing the Red Machine National Development Program attended the event. The program was developed by the RIHF with the support of general partner Nornickel.

A very important section of the conference was the discussion of setting performance criteria and the effectiveness of the work of a coach who trains young ice hockey players. The participants were able to discuss the difficulties which have arisen during the process of teaching the Red Machine National Development while sharing their experiences. Furthermore, an important part of the event was a speech given by one of the leading specialists of the SKA Academy in Saint Petersburg, which is a flagman of the Red Machine National Development Program.

In the near future, the RIHF plans to sign new agreements with a number of sporting schools from different Russian regions concerning the introduction of the Red Machine National Development Program.
