The RIHF extends its condolences

As a consequence of a tragic accident which happened in a SKA-2008 team training session, young ice hockey player Vsevolod Malkov passed away. During a training exercise, the puck struck the player in the chest in the region of the heart following a shot. The team doctor immediately attended to the player and called the emergency services, but despite their best efforts the boy couldn't be saved.

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation extends its deepest condolences to Vsevolod's parents, loved ones and friends.
