Russia U18 completed their World Championship group stage campaign with a match against the Czech Republic.
Having already booked their quarter-final berth, our players could play with more freedom. Indeed, it turned out to be a seriously open game. Both teams scored four goals in regulation, before defenseman Mark Rubinchik scored his second marker in overtime to seal a 5:4 Russian triumph!
Our team move on to the quarter-final stage, where they will face Slovakia on Thursday.
