A sledge hockey match between Russia and Kazakhstan in Omsk

The Alexander Kozhevnikov Ice Palace in Omsk hosted two international sledge hockey matches.
As a part of the Siberia Cup, the Russian junior national team and the Tarlan Parahockey team from Kazakhstan competed against each other.
The competition was organised in support of the Russian Paralympic team, which was suspended from the 2022 Paralympic Games in China at the last minute.
The Siberia Cup was won by the Russian team, who earned two successive victories by score of 6:2 and 5:0 respectively.
Ivan Shestakov (Russia) was named the best goalkeeper, Almaz Akhmetov (Tarlan) and Kirill Gavrilov (Russia) were the top defensemen and Kuat Karipbaev (Tarlan) and Kirill Afonasov (Russia) were crowned the best forwards.
