Russia U16 training camp

A training camp for the under 16 Russian national team has started in Novogorsk in preparation for the upcoming 2021 Sirius Cup.

These following players and coaches are participating in the training camp:

Goalkeepers: Mikhail Egorov (CSKA), Mikhail Korotkov (SKA-Strelna), Georgy Plotnikov (Lokomotiv).

Defensemen: Alexander Andriyashev (Krylya Sovetov), Maxim Kulyushin (Lokomotiv-2004), Daniil Lazarev (Ak Bars), Lev Liberman (SKA-Serebryanie Lvy), Ivan Patrikhaev (Avto-Spartakovets), Alexander Rodionov (CSKA), Mark Rodionov (Traktor), Anton Silaev (Torpedo), Mikhail Sozinov (SKA-Strenla), Makar Fomin (Severstal).

Forwards: Ratmir Aubakirov, Arseniy Vorobyov, Alexei Dontsov, Danila Poroshkov (all CSKA), Roman Golnik, Igor Nechaev, Danil Serazetdinov (all Metallurg), Matvei Kokin (Severstal), Leonid Kolodiy (Traktor), Artyom Maksudov (Spartak), Semyon Malkov (SKA-Strelna), Timur Marchenko (Dynamo Moscow), Andrei Matyushin (Traktor), Nikita Onishko (Neftyanik), Nikita Rakcheev (Neftyanik), Alexander Shen (Salavat Yulaev).

Head coach: Vladimir Potapov.
Coaches: Dmitry Kokorev, Dmitry Vershinin.
Goalkeeping coach: Pavel Orlov.
Physical training coach: Ilya Grebennikov.

The team began training on May 27. The camp will end on May 31, with the team set to subsequently fly to Sochi where the training process will continue. The Sirius Cup will then begin on June 18.

The best players of the tournament will play against each other in the Russia Reds - Russia Whites match on June 26.
