The RIHF will introduce the Red Machine National Development Program to Dynamo Moscow
12.03.2021
The Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) has signed an agreement with the academy of HC Dynamo Moscow concerning the introduction of the Red Machine National Development Program.
The purpose of the agreement is to introduce methodological developments and technologies of the program into the club's system with regard to the development of young players. The developments of the Red Machine National Development Program will be applied to the training process of all ages, including the groups of children between five and seven years of age. The RIHF will provide all-round assistance to the implementation process, providing all of the necessary recommendations.
The exchange of experience between the RIHF and academy specialists will be carried out both in the field of adaptation of the program's materials and the development of new methods. One of the areas of interaction will be to improve the qualifications of children's coaches. The introduction of digital technologies in the education process is also planned.
One of the first steps will be the creation of an expert council, which will include representatives of the RIHF and the academy. The Council will develop a step-by-step plan for the implementation of the Red Machine National Development Program in the learning process, and it will also plan events and special projects. Monitoring the effectiveness of the implementation will be carried out on a regular basis.
In the near future, the RIHF plans to sign cooperation agreements with several more KHL clubs concerning the introduction of the Red Machine National Development Program.
