96 years since the birth of Nikolai Sologubov

Nikolai Sologubov, a winner of the 1956 Olympic Games and the 1956 and 1963 World Championship, would have turned 96 years of age today on August 8.
He also notably won the USSR championship in 1950, 1955, 1956, 1958-1961, 1963 and 1964.
Nikolai sadly passed away on 30 December 1988.
