RIHF makes changes to tournament dates

In order to look after the health of participants of ice hockey competitions, and in accordance with the spread of the coronavirus epidemic and the order of the Ministry of Sport (16.03.2020), the Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) has made these following decisions:

- Starting from March 18, the holding of inter-regional tournaments is prohibited;

- The Junior Ice Hockey League, the Russian championship for players under the age of 17, club tournaments for players under the ages of 16 and 15 and the Vladislav Tretiak Cup for players under the age of 14, 13 and 12 have all been postponed until a later date. The dates and locations will be revealed at a later date;

- The playoffs of the 2019/2020 NMHL campaign are cancelled. The final standings will be based on the 2019/2020 NMHL regular season standings.

The RIHF hopes for competitions to soon resume.
