Changes to the coaching staff of the senior national team

Russia U20 head coach Valery Bragin and his assistant Alexander Boykov have been included in the coaching staff of the senior Russian national team.

At the Swedish Hockey Games - the third stage of the 2019/2020 Euro Hockey Tour - the management group will be as follows:

Team leader: Roman Rotenberg
Head coach: Alexei Kudashov
Senior coach: Valery Bragin
Senior coach: Alexei Zhamnov
Coach: Alexander Boykov
Goalkeeping coach: Rashit Davydov
Physical training coach: Alexander Troshin

Both Valery Bragin and Alexander Boykov will continue working with the under 20 national team. The former's contract as a coach in the Russian Ice Hockey Federation system has been extended until February 2022. Coaches Alexander Savchenkov and Anvar Gatiyatulin will continue with in the management group of the Russian national teams.

The roster for the Swedish Hockey Games will be revealed tomorrow.
