21 players have been registered for the 2019 World Junior Championship

The Russian junior national team management group has registered 21 players (three goalkeepers, six defensemen, 12 forwards) for play at the 2019 IIHF World Junior Championship in Canada:

Goalkeepers: Amir Miftakhov (1), Pyotr Kochetkov (20), Daniil Tarasov (30).

Defensemen: Daniil Zhuravlyov (2), Alexander Alexeev (4), Dmitry Samorukov (5), Ilya Morozov (6), Alexander Romanov (26), Mark Rubinchik (27).

Forwards: Artyom Galimov (9), Stepan Starkov (10), Vasily Podkolzin (11), Kirill Marchenko (12), Vitaly Kravtsov (14), Nikolai Kovalenko (15), Pavel Shen (16), Ilya Morozov (17), Ivan Muranov (23), Klim Kostin (24), Grigory Denisenko (28), Kirill Slepets (29).

Defensemen Saveliy Olshanskiy and Evgeny Kalabushkin, alongside forwards Alexander Khovanov and Nikita Shashkov, are the contenders for the final two spots available on the squad. Teams can add players to their respective rosters as the World Junior Championship progresses.

At the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada, the players trained in these following lines:

Goalkeepers: Miftakhov, Kochetkov, Tarasov.
Whites: Samorukov, Rubinchik - Denisenko, Kravtsov, Kostin.
Blues: Alexeev, Romanov - Kovalenko, Shen, Starkov.
Reds: Il. Morozov, Zhuravlyov - Muranov, Galimov, Slepets.
Greens: Kalabushkin, Olshanskiy - Marchenko, Iv. Morozov, Podkolzin.
Blacks: Khovanov, Shashkov.
