Russia W16 won bronze at the 2018 European Cup

At the European Cup in Finland, the under 16 Russian women's national team won bronze after a 12:0 thrashing of Switzerland!

Having lost to Finland 2:4 in the semi-final, head coach Evgeny Bobariko's players took on Switzerland in the bronze medal game. It proved to be a fantastic performance, with the team claiming a huge 12:0 victory!

The Czech Republic and Finland will play for the gold medal. Russia W16's Kristi Shashkina was named the tournament's best forward.
