RIHF President Vladislav Tretiak paid a visit to Veliky Novgorod.
The Tretiak Cup among players born in 2013 is currently taking place in the city.
During his trip, Tretiak spoke to the Acting Governor of Novgorod Region Alexander Dronov with regard to issues concerning the development of sport overall and ice hockey. Furthermore, Tretiak subsequently participated in the tournament's opening ceremony and spoke with young players and fans.
