Partnership between the RIHF and BAIC in 2024

One of the key partners of the Russian national team in 2024 was the automobile company BAIC. The cooperation began in the spring, ahead of the Big National Team Tour in May. It was announced as part of the presentation of the Russian squad.

During the Channel One Cup in December, the compact crossover BAIC X35 and the frame SUV BAIC BJ40 were exhibited in front of the world's largest arena. The best players of the match between Russia and Kazakhstan, as well as our team's top tournament scorer, Mikhail Grigorenko, received awards from BAIC.



The symbolic prize is a collectible model of the BAIC BJ40 car on a scale of 1:18. The presentation of a model of the iconic red SUV in the history of the brand has already become a tradition since the start of the cooperation, when this memorable gift was first presented to Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) President Vladislav Tretiak at the presentation of the partnership. Subsequently, it was received by the best players of each match of the Big National Team Tour.
