2024 Channel One Cup. Russia - Belarus

The Russian national team will today host Belarus at the SKA Arena in the second match of the Channel One Cup.
In the first round of games, excellent goals from Marat Khairullin, Mikhail Grigorenko, Alexander Yelesin and Ilya Safonov secured a comfortable 4:1 victory against the KHL World Team, with Libor Sulak scoring the opponents' only goal in the concluding minute of play.
For their part, the Belarusians edged past Kazakhstan, coming from behind to win 3:1 with Vitaly Pinchuk - twice - and Vadim Moroz netting during the third period.
