The RIHF staged practical sessions for coaches

At the Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University, the Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) held a series of practical classes for coaches from various regions of the Russian Federation.
This year, the RIHF signed a cooperation agreement with this particular university with regard to the implementation of educational programs, events and innovative activities.
RIHF specialists spoke to the coaches in attendance about the latest developments of the Red Machine National Development Program. The focus of the practical classes was on mastering innovative methods and technologies for training young hockey players.
Classes were held both on and off the ice. The Red Machine National Development Program was developed and is being implemented by the RIHF together with Nornickel. The program is a standard for sporting training and consists of a set of the most effective methods which allow for the mass training of players with a high level of skill.
