Ilya Tolpykin an eight-year-old pupil of the Olympic Village-80 Academy, was injured during the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall and is currently undergoing treatment in a Moscow hospital.
President of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation Vladislav Tretiak sent a personal video message to Ilya, wishing him a speedy recovery and for him to return to the ice as soon as possible. Furthermore, Tretiak also presented Ilya with a Russian national team jersey, training gear and an ice hockey book with a personal autograph.
