Venedikt Osipov, a 17-year-old forward for EkoNiva Bobrov in the National Junior Hockey League, has tragically passed away at training after suffering a heart attack.

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation extends its deepest condolences to Venedikt's loved ones and will follow the inquest into the reasons of his death.
