RIHF specialists held seminars at the Avangard Omsk Academy

Between the 3rd and 7th of October, specialists of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) held a series of seminars at the Avangard Omsk Academy concerning the preparation of a sporting reserve. In particular, the features of individual technical and tactical faceoff training were focused on.

The seminars included both practical exercises on the ice and theoretical lessons with supporting video material. Special exercises on the ice were performed using the patented Russian training device Shaibovbros, which allows you to increase your faceoff level.
