The U12 Vladislav Tretiak Cup will begin in Samara on May 7.

These following 10 participating teams will be split up across two groups: Avangard-2 Omsk, Admiral Vladivistok, Atlant Mytishchi, DYUSSH-4 Omsk, Kometa Samara, Motor Zavolzhe, Severstal Cherepovets, SKA-Serebryanie Lvy Saint Petersburg, SSHOR-6 Askay and CSKA Moscow.
