Meeting between the RIHF and the Ministry of Sport concerning digitalization

On December 9, the management of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) took part in a working meeting with Deputy Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation Andrei Selskiy, Director of the Department of Digital Transformation Anastasia Romas and Deputy Director of the Department of Digital Transformation Andrei Khokhlov. On behalf of the RIHF, the meeting was attended by the general manager of the national team and first vice-president Roman Rotenberg, executive director Dmitry Kurbatov and deputy executive director Alexander Kiknadze.

The participants discussed a number of issues related to the digitalization of sport, as well as RIHF projects in this field. Andrey Selskiy highly appreciated the successes of the RIHF and noted that the organization is one of the leaders in this fparticular area.

In addition, the parties discussed the possibility of participation of specialists of the Ministry of Sports in the 2020 World Hockey Forum, and also agreed on a further exchange of experience and a new meeting dedicated to the presentation of products and information systems of the RIHF.

The fifth World Hockey Forum will be held online on December 16-17.
