We congratulate Rafail Ishmatov!

On August 2, Rafail Ishmatov, an honoured USSR and Russian ice hockey player and coach, celebrates his birthday.

Rafail won the 2003 World Junior Championship as head coach of the under 20 Russian national team.

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation wishes Rafail health and a very happy birthday!
