Russia W head coach Valeri Davletshin:
"We always seem to play well during 3-on-3 competitions. This year we even managed to reach the final, in which we produced a solid performance. Furthermore, not a single goal was conceded while playing 3-on-3! We had enough chances to equalise, but I'm still proud of the girls' displays at the tournament. They all tried their best!"
Russia W forward Maria Batalova:
"I'm left with only positive emotions from the tournament! It's great that we managed to beat the Kazakhs and qualify for the final. I enjoy playing 3-on-3, there's more space and you can create opportunities thanks to intelligent play. We're really satisfied with finishing in second spot!
