Rustem Kashapov, the administrator of Ak Bars Kazan, celebrates his birthday on 16 May.
He was named the best administrator of the Kontinental Hockey League in 2015. With Ak Bars, he has won the Russian Championship on five occasions, while also hoisting aloft the European Champions Cup and the Continental Cup.
