The RIHF held a training session for players of the junior national sledge hockey team

As a part of the cooperation agreement between the Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) and the Russian Adaptive Foundation, a training session for players of the junior sledge hockey national team was staged on November 29.

15 players took part in the session with RIHF specialists testing their physical fitness using modern equipment. Analysis of the data collected will allow coaches to make the required adjustments to the training process, as well as determining the direction for further work with each individual athlete.
