President of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation Vladislav Tretiak:
- Almost all of the leading players have been called up to our under 20 national team. At the same time, the coaches haven't summoned players who are leaders for their respective KHL clubs. For the players who will compete at the competition, it's a great chance to display their talents. Excellent coaches will work with this team too. I'm sure that everyone will enjoy watching the team play on the ice!
