The "Red Machine. The Road to Success!" program has started at the Artek Centre

The opening days of the "Red Machine. The Road to Success!" program, which has been organised by the Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) in partnership with the Artek International Children's Centre, turned out to be very productive.

Under the guidance of RIHF specialists, young hockey players trained and became acquainted with the methods of effective sports training. On May 31, the participants were taught the methods of exercises which stabilize the musculoskeletal system and improve coordination abilities.
