Seminar concerning motivation at the Sirius Educational Centre

Mikhail Chekanov, the advisor to the president of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation, spoke to 200 young ice hockey players from the Far East federal district, Norilsk and Murmansk Region  at the Sirius Educational Centre concerning motivation in the sport.

Issues concerning individual preparation, goal-setting, plans in order to achieve your goals and self-discipline were discussed.
