The RIHF is continuing to introduce the Red Machine National Development Program to the SKA Army academy

Together with coaches of the SKA Army ice hockey school, specialists of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) are continuing to introduce the Red Machine National Development Program to the academy.
The program was developed by the RIHF with the support of Nornickel.
This season, the work is focused on helping young players improve their technical skills. However, taking into account the differing abilities of the children, every training session is a challenge which the SKA Army coaches are successfully meeting.

When planning a lesson, the coach thinks through the goals and objective. A modern coach - in addition to planning - focuses on creating an effective learning environment which will take into account the individual characteristics of those involved as much as possible.
