The Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) only contacts Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) KHL clubs with regards to calling players up to national teams. Contact concerning different matters is not made.
No letters were sent by the RIHF to KHL teams and no contact was made concerning the support of any activities.
