The Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) is starting to introduce the Red Machine National Development Program in Estonia.

The program has been developed together with Nornickel.

In Narva, Estonia, RIHF specialists have been implementing a series of activities over several days:

- Lessons both on and off the ice using Red Machine National Development Program methods for twelve age groups (players from 5 to 16 years old)
- Coaching seminars
- Official presentation of new products and sections of the Red Machine National Development Program.

These activities were carried out within the framework of the signed memorandum of cooperation between the RIHF and the Estonian Ice Hockey Association. The agreement is a perfect example of international cooperation in the exchange of experience and methodological knowledge and the development of youth ice hockey. The agreement is for one season with the possibility of further automatic renewal.
