Event concerning the education of coaches in Kazan

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) is implementing a large-scale project to improve the qualifications of ice hockey coaches and specialists.

The program - designed to be undertaken across the next thre years - is being implemented within the framework of the federal "Sport is the Right Way to Live" project.

It covers more than 2000 coaches and specialists. An important feature of its implementation is the nationwide focus. During the past week, RIHF specialists taught coaches from across the Volga Region in Kazan in accordance with materials stipulated in the Red Machine National Development Program.

The advanced training program is designed for methodological support of trainers for several months. During the training, trainers will receive modern methodological printed materials, access to electronic information databases, and will meet with experts of an expert level during practical training.
