Gala match in honour of Rene Fasel

Today, at the Yubileyny Arena in Saint Petersburg, a special "World Ice Hockey Legends" gala match will take place in honour of Rene Fasel's 27-year spell as president of the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF).
A Russian team consisting of many legendary players will compete against Team World, which will contain legends such as Jari Kurri, Esa Tikkanen, Jiri Slegr, Miroslav Satan, Martin Strbak and Sean Burke.
Puck-drop is scheduled for 18:00 local time. Match TV will provide a live television broadcast in Russia.
