Young players in Crimea worked on their coordination and speed

Today, at the Artek complex in Crimea, the final week of the Red Machine National Development Program event began, with the coaches putting an emphasis on speed and coordination.

New exercises allowed the coaches to see the teenage players - who are aged between 13 and 14 - use all of their coordination and speed skills. Furthermore, after the practical lessons which were held under the guidance of Vadim Krasnoslobodtsev, Andrei Ivanov and Sergei Nikolaev, the children were taught anti-doping rules and discussed methods to recover successfully from tough training sessions.
