The national championship for players born in 2006 has started in Sochi.

CSKA Moscow, Metallurg Novokuznetsk, Amur Khabarovsk, Severstal Cherepovets, Neftyanik Almetevsk, Buyvoly Krasnodar, Metallurg Magnitogorsk, SKA-Serebryanie Lvy Saint Petersburg and Lokomotiv Yaroslavl are all participating in the competition.
