Russia will face Finland in the World U18 Championship semi-finals

The under 18 Russian national team will compete against Finland in the semi-finals of the 2021 IIHF World U18 Championship in the USA.
In the quarter-final stage, Russia defeated Belarus 5:2, while the Finns saw off the challenge of Switzerland 2:0. Interestingly, our team did compete against Finland in the group phase of the competition, losing 3:4 in a penalty shootout.
Semi-final schedule:
May 6, 00:00*, Canada - Sweden
May 6, 04:00, Finland - Russia
On May 7, the bronze medal playoff will begin at 00:00, before the grand final subsequently starts at 04:00.
