The IIHF has revealed the new dates of the 2021 Women's World Championship

The International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) has revealed the new dates of the 2021 Women's World Championship.
Initially, the tournament had been scheduled to take place in Halifax and Truro (Canada) between the 6th and 16th of May, but on April 21, the IIHF stated that the competition was to be cancelled as a consequence of a decision made by the province of New Scotia.
The 2021 IIHF Women's World Championship is now due to be played between the 20th and 31st of August 2021. The location of the tournament will be confirmed at a later date.
