- Russia haven't lost against the Czech Republic in Moscow since 2015;

- The biggest Russian win over the Czechs at this competition was a 6:0 triumph in 2012. Overall, Russia have tallied three shutouts against these opponents at the tournament, while the Czech Republic have gained two clean sheets.
