Summary of the 2019/2020 U21 Russian championship

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) can reveal the medalists of the 2019/2020 U21 Russian championship.

A special procedure concerning the final standings of the 2019/2020 under 21 domestic ice hockey championship has been used:

- The sporting principle is key;
- Results of the regular season and Kharlamov Cup playoffs are taken into account;
- All available statistical data is taken into account;
- The league regulations do not hold meaning when deciding the winners and medalists.

Summary of the 2019/2020 U21 Russian championship:

- The final standings have been drawn up after considering results of the regular season and the first round of the playoffs;
- Russian teams which qualified for the second round of the playoffs are ranked after taking into account regular season points;
- Russian teams which didn't qualify for the second round of the playoffs are ranked in accordance with the regular season points.

Loko Yaroslavl have claimed the silver medal while Tolpar Ufa are the bronze medalists.
