Four Nations. Russia U17 - Slovakia U17 - 7:1

The under 17 Russian national team comfortably defeated Slovakia 7:1 in the opening game of the Four Nations in Kazan, Tatarstan.

Zakhar Ziminov, Fyodor Svechkov, Ivan Ivantsov (2), Daniil Lazutin, Prokhor Poltapov and Vsevolod Gaydamak scored the seven Russian goals.

The Russians will next play at the competition tomorrow, December 14, against Switzerland. Puck drop is scheduled for 18:30 Moscow time.
