05.05.2019
In the last game of the 2018/2019 Euro Hockey Tour, the senior Russian national team defeated the Czech Republic 4:1 in Brno.

After Kirill Kaprizov initially gave Russia the lead, Michal Repik equalised for the hosts, but fantastic goals from Evgeny Kuznetsov and Dmitry Orlov then handed our players a 3:1 advantage with 40 minutes in the break.

In the closing stages, the Czechs replaced Jakub Kovar for the extra skater, but that only resulted in Evgeny Kuznetsov hitting the empty net to seal an emphatic 4:1 victory! Russia have won the overall 2018/2019 Euro Hockey Tour tournament.
