The Russian national team will lay flowers at the Slavin Memorial

On May 9, Victory Day, the senior Russian national team will lay flowers at the Slavin Memorial in Bratislava, Slovakia.

The national team's management, players and staff, alongside Russian Federation Ambassador for Slovakia Alexei Fedotov, will lay flowers at the Slavin Memorial in memory of veterans of the Great Patriotic War.

Russia will play their maiden match at the 2019 IIHF World Championship on May 10.

During the World Championship period, the Russian national team always lays flowers at a memorial dedicated to veterans of our country who contributed to the victory over fascism.
