Changes to the Russian national team roster

The senior Russian national team are continuing to train in Novogorsk, where the players are preparing for the upcoming 2019 IIHF World Championship in Slovakia.
They trained in these following lines on Monday:
Goalkeepers: Vasilevskiy, Georgiev, Sorokin;
Whites: Sergachyov, Lyubushkin - Gusev, Malkin, Kucherov;
Blues: Nesterov, Blazhievskiy - Grigorenko, Anisimov, Kaprizov;
Reds: Khafizullin, Zub - Kovalchuk, Andronov, Plotnikov, Telegin;
Greens: Kiselevich, Elesin - Barabanov, Kadeikin, Dadonov, Mikheev.
On April 30, defenseman Dmitry Orlov and forwards Alexander Ovechkin and Evgeny Kuznetsov will join the team.
The national team's management group thanks defensemen Artyom Sergeev, Yegor Yakovlev and forwards Pavel Kraskovskiy, Anatoly Golyshev and Vladimir Tkachyov for their efforts, wishing them luck for the new season and counts on them for the future.
Between the 1st and 5th of May, the team will participate in the final Euro Hockey Tour stage of the 2018/2019 campaign in the Czech Republic.
