2019 World Championship. Russia U18 - Slovakia U18 - 6:3

In the opening match of the 2019 IIHF World Championship, the under 18 Russian national team defeated Slovakia 6:3.

Ilya Nikolaev, Rodion Amirov, Arseniy Gritsyuk (2), Maxim Groshev and Marat Khusnutdinov scored the goals to give Russia the perfect start to the competition in Sweden.

The second game will take place against Latvia on April 20.
